We're looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our Body & Chassis line – managing people, process, and performance in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
&##128119;♂️ What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a team of 6 direct reports, with 150+ indirect staff including Welders, Fitters, and Electrical Technicians
Ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and operational efficiency on a single production line
Reporting directly to the Head of Production
Driving accountability and performance while managing grievances professionally
Communicating across all levels – from the shop floor to senior leadership
Upholding rigorous ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards and managing H&S (IOSH required)
&##129504; What We're Looking For:
Proven production line leadership experience – ideally single-line management
A strong people manager
Practical experience in Body & Chassis or similar industrial environments
Diploma, Degree, HNC or equivalent in an engineering/technical discipline
Comfortable outside large corporate environments – experience in flexible, quality-led settings preferred
IOSH certified, and confident managing safety on the floor
Open to industry backgrounds – we value transferable skills and real-world leadership
