Project Support Officer (Band 4)
We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support for our project. You will serve as a central hub for communication, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives and clinical projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Organize project activities, manage information flow, and ensure seamless communication across the project lifecycle.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and prepare comprehensive progress reports for managers and stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal IT teams, clinical staff, and external suppliers.
* Digital Transformation Support: Assist in the testing, deployment, and training phases of new digital systems and software.
* Resource Management: Track project timelines, manage workloads, and ensure teams have the necessary tools to meet deadlines.
* Administration: Manage complex schedules, organize meetings, and contribute to the development of project policies and procedures.
