We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our exciting Rapid Response Team in Gravesham Community Hospital. This role covers the Dartford, Gravesham and Swale communities. You'll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nursing colleagues and Support Worker colleagues. Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges Shopping Centre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal location to be based from. The service operates 7 days a week 8am - 8pm, and includes some weekend and bank holiday working. You will devise an individualised treatment programme appropriate to the patient’s condition, implement and deliver treatment interventions whilst liaising with the patient, family members/relatives and carers. The Ideal Candidate This is an opportunity to put your Degree in Physiotherapy and previous work experience to great use. You will have a full driving license with access to a car, you will be motivating, innovative and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly across specialities as need arises, holding the HCPC (Physiotherapist) registration. With strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach you will ensure delivery of positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. You will also take an active role in supporting and developing colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience and within the formal supervision and appraisal processes. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
