Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced HNW broking team for a well-established insurance broker. You will be responsible for managing an extensive book of business providing bespoke solutions to a broad spectrum of personal lines clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing a large portfolio of cross-class HNW business
* Working efficiently on achieving targets for retention, new business, and cross selling
* Dealing with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid -term renewals and retention, always providing the best customer service
* Managing policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
* Drafting professional reports and request key information from clients
* Providing support to other team members and assist in training newer team members
* Provide a positive client experience through careful and tailored communication
Person Specification:
* A technically strong understanding of Personal Lines products in the High-Net-Worth Market
* Previous experience looking after a book of High-Net-Worth clients
* Cert CII qualified as a minimum and a desire to continue to study towards a Diploma
* Confident in building effective relationships with your clients, the team and the wider company.
* Agile and intuitive thinking; an ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
* Effective organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
* Solid workload management skills
* Effective, confident & considerate communication and an ability to adapt your communication style accordingly
* Able to demonstrate exceptional levels of integrity and discretion at all times

* IT confidence and ideally, experience of using the Acturis broking system
