We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Stockport, who are recruiting for a Compliance Manager - Fire + Lifts on a permanent basis.
The position will fall within the Compliance department and is offering an annual salary of £51,356 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have overseen contractors carrying out compliance checks, managed sub-contractors and ensured adherence with budgets/regulations.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Managing an internal FRA process for a housing association, largely focused on communal blocks
2. Overseeing FRA actions, using a variety of internal and external contractors
3. Managing annual fire safety inspection contracts
4. Coordinating the annual servicing of lifts in communal blocks, including procurement of contractors
Working hours:
5. 37.5 hours per week
6. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
