About this role We are looking for a charismatic and confident Senior Restaurant Manager to join a brand-new all-day brasserie, opening this September in Fitzrovia. As the number two in the F&B team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the restaurant's culture, service, and success. Responsabilities Oversee the daily operations of the brasserie, ensuring service excellence and smooth running from breakfast through to late-night service. Lead and inspire a team of 29, creating an engaging and supportive work environment. Drive standards, efficiency, and team performance in a high-volume setting. Be hands-on-whether it's leading the floor, managing reservations, or handling guest interactions. Take ownership of administrative responsibilities, including rota management, stock control, and financial reporting. Play a key role in the opening process, implementing systems, training staff, and setting up for success. About You Charismatic, engaging, and a natural leader - you set the tone for service and team culture. Experience in restaurants, hotels, or brasseries, ideally with a background in openings. Proven track record in high-volume environments. Hands-on and adaptable-ready to jump in wherever needed. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
