Job Description
* Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
* Maintain records of financial transactions and support reconciliations.
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge.
* Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
* Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and finances.
* Ensure timely submission of financial documents to relevant parties.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
* Contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Experience in financial administration or a related field.
* AP and AR knowledge essential
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong numerical and organisational skills.
* An ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
* A collaborative attitude to support team objectives in the not-for-profit sector.
