Job Description
3. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments.
4. Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and audit documentation.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by addressing their audit requirements.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
8. Identify and communicate any risks or issues during the audit process.
9. Assist in staff training and development within the Accounting & Finance department.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Assistant Manager should have:
11. A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
12. Proven experience in audit within the professional services sector.
13. Strong understanding of accounting standards and auditing regulations.
14. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
