Business Development Manager – Print (Signage, Displays, Events & Exhibitions) Bedfordshire (Hybrid Working) Competitive salary dependant on experience Uncapped Commission Our client is a well-established and growing signage, graphics, displays, and exhibitions business with a turnover of approximately £2 million with ambitious growth plans in place. Operating from an 11,000 sq ft manufacturing facility with full in-house production capabilities, the business delivers a wide range of solutions including large format graphics, exhibition stands, displays, totems, monoliths, shop fascias, and wayfinding signage. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities across a range of sectors, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and helping to grow the company’s client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing deals Present and sell solutions across signage, graphics, displays, exhibitions, and large format print Collaborate with internal production and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking events as required Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth Key skills and experience: Proven experience in new business sales within signage, large format print, graphics, exhibitions, displays, POS, fit-out, or related industries Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment Full UK driving licence This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to join a growing business in a genuinely new business-focused role.
