Duties:
* Respond promptly to breakdown emergencies, delivering roadside repairs, diagnostics, and assistance efficiently
* Respond to breakdown calls across North Wales, providing expert roadside support
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as flat batteries, tyre failures, electrical faults, and minor mechanical problems
* Engage professionally with customers, offering reassurance and maintaining high service standards
* Make on-the-spot decisions to resolve roadside issues effectively and safely
* Utilise diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge to identify complex vehicle faults under pressure
* Ensure accurate documentation for all work undertaken
* Maintain safety standards and vehicle readiness at all times
Requirements:
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and repairs
* Full UK driving licence; mobile mechanic experience preferred but not essential
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
* Ability to adapt quickly to varied roadside challenges in a fast-paced environment
* Electrical diagnosis experience is advantageous
* Motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
