Youth Worker
£30,745 - £35,533 plus £3,721 LW

Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive, feel heard, and reach their full potential? The Youth Empowerment Service (YES) is looking for dynamic, committed Youth Workers to join our growing team.

As a Youth Worker, you will build trusted relationships with young people, creating safe, inclusive spaces where they can develop confidence, resilience, and positive life skills. You will deliver engaging programmes shaped by youth voice, support personal and social development, and work collaboratively with partners across schools, communities, and the voluntary sector.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and values the power of youth work to transform lives. You’ll be part of an ambitious service committed to putting young people at the heart of everything we do.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering high-quality youth work sessions and activities
2. Building strong, positive relationships with young people
3. Promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding
4. Supporting young people to influence and shape services
5. Working in partnership with local organisations and stakeholders
