Responsibilities: JMC SW’s principal plans officer, in support of branches and outstations, and in collaboration with civilian and defence delivery partners. JMC SW’s lead for R2, including quarterly performance and risk reviews to 2* Regional Command. Coordinate delivery of Head of Establishment functions through regional Hub Managers and in collaboration with DComd SW. Collate and distribute Firm Base notices and instructions, including a weekly DOWNREP. Identify and manage Risks, Issues and Opportunities across the region’s Firm Base in collaboration with JMC SW’s Risk Manager. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and BPT support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops and Ten Tors.
