The position of Clinical Data Support Officer is an exciting new role within our Community Stroke Therapy Team. Following recent investment, this role will be pivotal to the transformation of the stroke therapy services. We are looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively manage the services administrative and data requirements, including reporting for national audit programmes. They will work as an integral part of the Stroke therapy team, which consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants. They will work closely with all members of the stroke multidisciplinary team, including the SSNAP data analysts to optimise the quality of stroke care. We are looking for an individual who is a motivated, dynamic, team player to join our forward thinking, friendly team in delivering excellent patient care. Advert To work closely with the stroke therapy team and SSNAP data analyst to gain in depth knowledge of the stroke SSNAP database To extract and input data from patient’s therapy and medical records to necessary databases. To provide high quality administrative support to the Stroke therapy team. To support the team in identifying opportunities for improved administrative processes, enhancing current ways of working to improve patient experience, improve quality, productivity and service delivery. To ensure data is collected and accurately inputted to meet deadlines, under the supervision of the stroke therapy team leaders.
