Responsibilities
* Supporting the operations team with processes, supply chain management, and workflow optimisation
* 60% supply chain / 40% finance focus, with supply chain as the top priority
* Handling supplier purchase invoices, data entry, and maintaining Excel tools for tracking orders and related paperwork
* Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of finance processes
* Creating reports, tracking metrics, and using Excel tools (VLOOKUPs & pivot tables)
* Helping to build and improve processes from scratch
What They’re Looking For
* A highly driven, focused, and agile personality who thrives in change
* A doer who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
* Strong supply chain experience with the ability to cover operations-focused finance tasks (e.g., VAT returns)
* Process-driven and organised, with an eye for detail
* Confident with data and tools like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
* Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team
* Ability to pivot quickly and embrace change with a positive mindset
* Part-time candidates will be considered if they bring the right experience
