Role Information The school is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and confident School Administrator to join its central administration team. This is a front-facing, fast-paced role supporting daily school operations, administration, communication, and record-keeping. Key responsibilities include: Managing the school’s main office function and providing first-line support to staff, students, parents, and external visitors Handling email and telephone enquiries promptly and professionally Maintaining accurate student records, admissions paperwork, attendance registers, and documentation on the school MIS Supporting administrative needs of departments, including reprographics, data entry, scheduling, and report generation Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and supporting internal communications Assisting with school events such as parent evenings, open days, trips, and staff training Managing office supplies, stationery orders, equipment booking, and general administrative systems Maintaining high levels of confidentiality, safeguarding awareness, and professionalism at all times This role is suited to someone who is efficient, personable, able to multitask, and confident handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
