What you will do:
* Conduct detailed assessments of clients with learning disabilities to determine their needs and challenges.
* Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual, ensuring the highest quality of support.
* Arrange and coordinate support provision for clients on our waiting list or those transferred from absent colleagues.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the latest legislation and best practice standards.
* Liaise with other services, relatives and carers to provide holistic care and support.
Requirements:
* Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
* Recent or current qualified UK Social Work experience.
* Strong assessment skills with previous experience in working with people with learning disabilities.
* Desirable skills include local knowledge and experience using Corelogic Mosaic or Framework IT systems.
* Ability to start as soon as possible.
