Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Personal Advisor for a local authority client in East London.
In this role, you will support care leavers aged 18 to 25 by building trusted relationships, coordinating tailored support plans, and helping them navigate their journey to independence.
Key Duties:
* Build trusted relationships with care leavers and coordinate personalised Review Pathway Plans.
* Provide practical support around housing, education, training, employment, and life skills.
* Work collaboratively with professionals and services to ensure joined-up support.
* Maintain accurate case records and contribute to care planning, reviews, and safeguarding.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
* Direct experience working with young people, particularly care leavers or vulnerable adolescents.
* Strong background in multi-agency collaboration and support planning.
* Proven ability to manage caseloads, write reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Experience supporting young people with housing, education, employment, and independent living.
What's on offer:
Salary: £20+ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
