Due to continued growth our client is now in a position to recruit a customer account manager. This vacancy is working with current customers dealing with all inbound enquiries. Working closely with the manager, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to provide technical support to customers developing a trusted relationship enhancing the company’s experience.
Role requirements
Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
Processing enquiries via an in-house database.
Generating enquiries on to production facilities & sub-contractors.
Monitoring & progressing open RFQ’s, to ensure that SLA’s are achieved.
Liaise with Sales Team for commercial decisions.
Generating quotations on mainframe SAP system.
Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a technical support position would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of IT infrastructure
Self-motivated, positive, proactive, enthusiastic and a strong team player
Ability to communicate, listen, influence and liaise with prospects from various backgrounds and at all levels
Willingness to be trained in new techniques and skills
Experience of CRM beneficial but not necessary
Hours/Benefits:
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
