Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + uncapped commission and bonuses (huge earning potential)

The Opportunity
An established and fast-growing logistics and transport solutions business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth. This role is ideally suited to a proven B2B sales professional with a consultative approach and a strong background in selling services rather than products.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B business and develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
*
Win new clients by selling service-based solutions rather than physical products
*
Conduct meetings with clients face-to-face, by phone, and via online platforms
*
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*
Understand client requirements and deliver tailored, value-led solutions
*
Confidently advise clients on the full range of services offered
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a services-led environment
*
Experience within the transport and/or logistics sector is highly advantageous
*
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Professional and confident telephone manner
*
Good IT skills, including CRM systems and spreadsheets
*
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*
Proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to build a pipeline from scratch
