About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our food production processes. Responsibilities
* Assemble and pack meat products to clearly defined standards.
* Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Follow established procedures for food safety and hygiene, including HACCP protocols.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
* Previous experience in food production or a similar role is highly desirable.
* Basic maths skills are desirable.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and HACCP principles is an advantage.
* Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
