This welcoming primary school in Bexley is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher / Lead to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
The Role:
1. Lead teaching and learning across the EYFS phase, ensuring all pupils make excellent progress.
2. Oversee daily operations within the Early Years setting, including planning, assessment, and team development.
3. Work closely with SLT to shape an engaging, child-centered curriculum that supports holistic development.
4. Model and promote outstanding classroom practice, inspiring colleagues across the EYFS phase.
The Ideal Candidate:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 2 years’ experience in an EYFS setting.
6. Proven track record of outstanding classroom teaching and pupil outcomes.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
8. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early learning pedagogy.
9. Committed, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.
