About the Role As an Adhoc SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities. Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development. Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and nurturing school environment. Be available for flexible, short-notice cover as required. What We’re Looking For We are seeking candidates who: Have previous experience working with SEN children (school, care, youth work, or similar settings). Are patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people. Can work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teaching staff. Are flexible and dependable for adhoc bookings.
