We’re looking for a Voids Supervisor to take charge of the day-to-day delivery of our voids programme—ensuring properties are repaired, refurbished, and ready to the highest standards. The Role As Voids Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between operatives, subcontractors, housing officers, admin teams, and client representatives. You’ll oversee works on site, carry out inspections, and resolve issues quickly to keep everything running smoothly. Your focus will be on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality homes that meet contract KPIs and exceed client expectations.
