Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our friendly accountancy firm and team based in Leamington Spa. You will be managing client accounts and leading and supporting junior members of the team. We want someone who has at least 5 years’ experience and who has excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
* Managing client accounts
* Managing clients accounting, tax and advisory services
* Mentoring and managing junior team members
* Reporting
* Budgets
* Reconciliation
* Audits
* Tax returns
Qualifications / Skillset
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* At least 5 years’ experience working in a UK practice
* Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc
* Leadership skills
* Excellent written, numerical and communication skills
* Organised
* Hands on
