Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Support childrens development through play, exploration, and daily routines
Act as a role model, demonstrating best practice across the team
Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families
Support a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and wellbeing are maintained
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working across all Early Years age groups
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for child development and care
