Flexzo Teach is a recruitment & SCR platform that lets schools book you directly for cover, long-term supply and temporary/permanent roles without going through a traditional agency model.
We already work with pilot schools in areas like Nottinghamshire, and we’re now building local talent pools so we can switch more schools on in each area. To bring more schools on board where you live, we first need great Cover Supervisors pre-registering to our platform and it only takes a copy of your CV.
When you sign up, you make it possible for us to go to schools in your area and say, “You don’t need to rely on agencies, you can book these educators directly through Flexzo Teach without an agency or the additional charges that come with the current agency recruitment model
We’re looking for Cover Supervisors who want:
Flexible work with local schools
Direct bookings, schools contact you via the platform
Instead, schools see your profile, your experience and your rates, and decide to book you directly with no middleman interference and full transparency.
Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures
Communicate clearly with school staff before and after cover
Direct school relationships, no agency middle-man managing your bookings
More local opportunities over time as we grow the number of schools in your area
One simple compliance process (SCR) shared with multiple schools via the platform
Experience working as a Cover Supervisor (or similar classroom-based role)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and up-to-date safeguarding awareness

Work history in a range of school types (e.g. mainstream, academies, PRUs)
Pay range and compensation package
You set your own day rate/hourly rate within the Flexzo Teach platform but you will speak with an advisor who can consult you on the best rate for your experience and qualifications. Schools can see your rates, availability and experience and choose to book you directly.
