A fast growing, driven tech start-up is seeking a new Technology Leader to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic individual to play a crucial role in the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be a visionary Head of Technology or CTO, with a passion for innovation and scaling technology in a dynamic environment.
As the new Technology Leader, you will oversee and expand a team of full-stack developers while implementing relevant technologies to support the company’s platform growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and scale a cutting-edge platform to support an expanding user base.
* Lead and inspire technical teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
* Hire, onboard, and manage developers, DevOps engineers, and other key technical roles.
* Build and structure a high-performing engineering team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and innovative culture.
* Make key architectural decisions, with hands-on involvement when necessary.
* Utilize your expertise in modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and AWS to guide the team.
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align technology with business goals and drive financial milestones.

* Strong experience in leading tech teams and building scalable platforms.
* A proven track record in managing and scaling engineering teams.
* Hands on approach with the ability to make architectural decisions and drive technical strategy.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
