Your role
As a Senior Learning Enablement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering transformative learning experiences that empower individuals and organisations to grow with confidence.
In this role, you will lead learning workstreams across a variety of industries, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and co-create innovative, human-centred learning solutions. Whether it’s a large-scale ERP transformation or a bespoke digital application, your expertise will help drive meaningful, sustainable change.
Within your role as Senior Learning Enablement Consultant, you will:
1. Lead with empathy and expertise: Guide learning workstreams for ERP and digital transformation projects, ensuring solutions are tailored and impactful.
2. Build trusted relationships: Partner with clients and colleagues (onshore and offshore) to foster collaboration and mutual success.
3. Champion innovation: Bring fresh thinking to our learning offerings and help evolve our approach to meet the changing needs of learners.
4. Inspire and influence: Support sales and pre-sales efforts by shaping compelling learning proposals and presenting with confidence and clarity.
5. Mentor and uplift: Nurture the growth of our early and emerging talent, sharing your knowledge and encouraging their development.

Your skills and experience
As a Senior Learning and Enablement Consultant, you will be either TAP, LPI or CIPD certified, you will be able to lead the end-to-end planning, design, implementation and measurement of truly blended learning solutions.
You will want to collaborate with our clients to understand the needs of their business and its customers and then identify, design and implement learning solutions and technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals. You will have exemplary consulting skills and be adept at engaging all key stakeholders to make sure that the learning will drive adoption outcomes.
Experience of ERP transformation is desirable; including practical experience of implementing digital adoption platforms or AI for learning.
Your security clearance
Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
