Leading and supervising care staff to ensure quality and consistency. Delivering hands-on, person-centred care alongside your team. Taking full responsibility in the Manager’s absence. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards. Managing medication processes including ordering, recording, and administering. Assisting with recruitment and rota planning to ensure optimal staffing levels. Supporting ongoing staff development and training initiatives. ✅ What We’re Looking For: A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Strong experience in dementia care.
