We are now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead and motivate a team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the warehouse on a shift basis.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead and motivate warehouse colleagues to deliver daily operational objectives
* Ensure all activities are carried out in line with Health & Safety, legal, and company standards
* Manage shift planning, resource allocation, and workload prioritisation
* Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy, cost, and service levels
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation of change
* Conduct performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinary processes where required
* Support onboarding, training, and development of team members

* roven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within a fast‑paced environment
* Strong people management skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams
* A solid understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across shifts
