This is your chance to work on the Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia and other iconic events such as Henley Royal Regatta and Roland-Garros.
Based in Richmond, you’ll join a team known for its supportive, high-performance culture, collaborating with colleagues across the business while enjoying hybrid working a few days per week.
You will be at the heart of planning and executing complex travel packages, managing venues, catering, flights, transfers, hotels, and special requests, while anticipating challenges and implementing contingency plans to ensure every client has a seamless, world-class experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver end-to-end sports travel and hospitality experiences for high-profile events
* Coordinate all logistics including flights, transfers, accommodation, catering, and on-site operations
* Build strong relationships with rightsholders, suppliers, agents, and internal teams
* Manage budgets, monitor spend, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability
* Collaborate across sales, marketing, and ticketing teams to maximise programme visibility and client satisfaction
* Analyse feedback and performance data to continuously improve travel programmes and operational processes
