Job Title: Building Physics Consultant
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thermal modeling using tools such as Design Builder and IES.
- Perform overheating assessments and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Advise on compliance with Part L regulations.
- Support planning applications with building physics expertise.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize building designs for energy efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building physics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 Years experience in consulting and conducting Building Physics assessments.
- Proficiency in thermal modeling software (Design Builder / IES).
- Strong understanding of Part L regulations and their application.
- Experience in conducting overheating assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Desired: Additional experience and understanding of BREEAM Assessments and supporting documents for application.
