Chefs Wanted - Various Levels
We are currently looking to recruit passionate Chefs of various levels to join the team at this modern British pub, now fully open following an extensive refurbishment.
Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily running of the kitchen. Whether you are stepping into a Chef de Partie role or looking to develop further, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards, working with fresh British produce, and delivering consistently excellent dishes.
The Perks
As a Chef, you can look forward to:
Salary ranging from £32,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Approximately £10,000 in service charge
4-day working week

Our client is an independent owner-operator with three established dining pubs and an events business in the local area.
Located in the beautiful village of Whichford, this recently reopened pub offers a seasonal British menu using fresh, locally sourced produce. The site also features 9 letting rooms and a spacious garden, making it a popular destination.
The Person
We are looking for Chefs who have:
Experience within a restaurant or quality dining pub environment
A passion for fresh food cooking
The ability to work within a fast-paced kitchen
Strong attention to detail and organisation
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
A stable employment background
