What You’ll Do:
As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently and safely operating production equipment.
* Monitoring warehouse machinery to ensure smooth operations.
* Storing products and materials securely and systematically.
* Meeting individual production task deadlines during your shift.
* Reporting defective products or machinery promptly.
* Checking stock levels and reporting any deficiencies in products or raw materials.
* Keeping the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
* Reviewing and following manufacturing manuals to build machinery accurately.
* Ensuring timely completion of shipping procedures.
* Transferring equipment manually or using forklift trucks.
* Consistently following company safety and quality guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Strong tape measure reading skills.
* Experience operating slitter machines.
* Proven machine operating experience.
* Solid assembly experience.
* Manufacturing experience.
* A demonstrated good work history.

Work Environment:
Our manufacturing shop is a standard environment where you’ll find a clean workspace, though it may get a bit messy due to the nature of the metal shop. Please note that it is not climate-controlled, so temperatures can vary throughout the year.
Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may vary based on specific elections, plans, or program terms.
