Job Purpose
The Global Technical Sales Manager for Practice Management Software, part of the Enterprise Solutions Team, is responsible for technical concepts related to cloud-based Practice Management Software and value-added software services for various customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related field, combined with a passion for sales and customer engagement. This role requires blending technical expertise with sales skills to communicate the value of software solutions effectively.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a framework for technical concepts and integration requirements, adhering to enterprise security standards for practice management and business intelligence software solutions in the dental industry.
2. Provide technical support during sales and requirement qualification processes, especially for large IT software projects involving more than 15 practices.
3. Coordinate with project partners on customer and company sides to ensure technical concepts are realized during implementation.
4. Participate in global marketing and sales activities, including creating reference projects, customer visits, and marketing collateral.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
* Experience in cloud-based software sales, security concepts, and IT integration in medical or dental industries in an enterprise setting.
* Experience managing complex end-to-end software implementation projects.
* Knowledge of healthcare standards like IHE, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and cloud/SaaS requirements.
* Strong quality focus and commitment.
* Experience working in a matrix and global organization.
* Excellent service skills and customer focus.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
