Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a Sports Coach to work at a Primary school in Wythenshawe.
Role Description
The role of a sports coach will be to assist the teachers in PE & outdoor activities, Horticulture and class excursions. You may have the responsibility of taking small groups and planning sessions for those groups. Alternatively, you may be asked to support students within the classroom settings too.
The school are looking for someone who is confident, dedicated and excels with working with children.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing tailored support working with children and SEN
* Creating a safe environment that allows children to have fun, learn and succeed
* Academic support 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting the teacher
Ideal Candidate
* Someone who can demonstrate the necessary nurturing qualities required to work closely with SEN children
* Ideally with previous experience caring for those with additional needs
* Teaching Assistant qualification is ideal but not essential

* Minimum Daily Rate of pay - GBP103.94 under Umbrella
* Hours - 8.30am - 3.30pm (Term Time only) Monday - Friday
* Start Date - November 2025
