Here at GXO, we're recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Finningley Doncaster (DN9 3XA) site on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be working alongside a small, supportive team that values collaboration and teamwork.
You'll be working 42.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, covering the following hours:
* 06:00 – 14:30
* 08:00 – 16:30
* 10:30 – 19:00
Please note that you will also be required to take part in overnight call-outs on a rotational basis, so having your own transport is preferred.
As part of the recruitment process, you will need to successfully complete a UK Home Office Security Check (SC), which involves thorough background vetting.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Safely operate MHE in line with Health & Safety regulations (full training provided)
* Carry out a variety of warehouse and compound tasks including loading and unloading vehicles, picking, putaways and stock checks
* Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
* Take on any other duties that fall within your capabilities and are appropriate for your role
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Successfully complete a UK Home Office Security Check (SC), which involves thorough background vetting
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work overtime when required
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Previous MHE experience is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided
