As Roavr continues to grow year on year, we are now seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Inverness.


The role


We provide services on a nationwide basis and this role will primarily support our small sales team by following up on customer quotes and efficiently managing incoming calls. In addition, the Office Administrator will undertake various administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


In order to support you in your role and growth, continuous ongoing CPD will be provided and we also have a team of knowledgeable and experienced consultants to support you where needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Follow up on customer quotes and provide timely assistance to potential clients.
* Triage and manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
* Support sales processes with accurate record-keeping and communication.
* Assist with other office duties as required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the company


Ideally you will have experience of working as an Office Administrator within a sales or customer service environment. You will be required to greet clients in a friendly welcoming manner, you will be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Prior administrative experience, ideally in a sales or customer service environment.
* Competency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Attention to detail and a focus on getting things right the first time are essential.
* Some knowledge of arboriculture and ecology would be advantageous but full training will be provided.
