As Sales Operative, your tasks include: Providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on retention, ensuring the best outcomes for customers in every conversation. Engaging with members who are renewing their membership. Reviewing current customer memberships and advising on the most suitable policies. Accurately recording customer data in line with RAC training and compliance standards.
