Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and achieving world-class GTM excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects from initiation to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Monitor project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify and resolve risks and issues to keep projects on track.
6. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
7. Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring alignment and prioritization across brands.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Experience in FMCG marketing.
2. At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven project management track record.
3. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
5. Proven project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence across multifunctional teams.
6. Track record of delivering results and making impactful contributions in previous roles.
7. Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
8. Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
9. Resilience and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
10. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing international projects.
