A prestigious higher education institution is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Admissions Manager to lead and enhance its admissions service on a six-month contract. This role involves ensuring a seamless and engaging applicant journey, whilst managing a part-time Admissions Administrator. You will be working closely with student ambassadors, academic staff and departments within the university.
As the Admissions Manager you will be:
1. Overseeing the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a positive applicant experience.
2. Handling complex admissions queries and supporting the Recruitment & Admissions Administrator.
3. Developing strategies to improve applicant conversion rates.
4. Organising key recruitment events, including offer-holder days and taster sessions.
