Trainee Claims Handler
Location: Belfast
Hours: 37 per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: £ per hour
About the Role:
NIHE is recruiting a Trainee Claims Handler to support the Insurance & Claims team. The role includes registering new Public Liability claims, handling customer queries, and providing internal administration. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in claims processing and finance support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Register new Public Liability claims
* Respond to customer queries
* Provide administrative support for claims
* Maintain accurate records in line with procedures
Essential Criteria:
* 1-5 years' relevant experience
* Intermediate IT skills
* Basic Access NI clearance
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
