Something special has opened in Leicestershire, a brand-new premium pub restaurant with a fresh food focus, a seasonal menu, and the freedom for chefs to create their own daily specials.
We’re now looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join the team at this exciting stage.
