Are you a passionate SEN Teacher or Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding teaching role in Manchester?
We are recruiting an engaging and patient SEN Teacher to join a thriving specialist SEN school, teaching a KS2 class and supporting pupils with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity to begin January 2026 in a supportive, well-resourced SEN setting, delivering creative primary lessons to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and complex learning needs, alongside a highly skilled learning support team.
The Role - SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging primary lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support pupils with special educational needs, promoting academic, social and emotional development
Lead and manage a classroom support team, including Teaching Assistants
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, parents, and external professionals
Track pupil progress and contribute to EHCP targets
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For
β Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
β Experience teaching Primary or SEN pupils (KS2 preferred)
β A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
β Passion for SEN and inclusive education
β Patient, resilient and adaptable teaching approach
β Strong communication and teamwork skills
β Ability to lead and support a team of teaching assistants
