Role Description
You’ll work across product demos, pre-sales, onboarding, customer success and client expansion. You’ll be close to the CEO, sales, product and delivery teams, and you’ll have real influence over how we position and develop our platform.
This is not a narrow account management role, and it is not a big-company “one of fifty CSMs” role. It suits someone who wants breadth, ownership and commercial impact in a growing SaaS business.
Ideal background:
Retail tech, SaaS, retail media, shopper marketing, campaign management, customer success, solutions consulting or pre-sales.
Location: UK-based preferred, remote/flexible with the right to work in the UK.
Package: £50k–£70k base, plus performance bonus. We may stretch for the right retail media / SaaS pre-sales experience.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
3–6+ years’ experience in SaaS, retail technology, retail media, shopper marketing, customer success, pre-sales or solutions consulting.
You should be confident running product demos, understanding customer needs, and explaining how software solves commercial and operational problems.
* Formal qualifications (degree level) are desirable but not essential. Relevant experience, judgement and client credibility matter more.
