Location: Stoke-on-Trent (commute or relocation required)
Job Type: Full time or part time
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
* Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all items
* Follow pre-planned routes using the provided app.
* Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner
* Verify deliveries using electronic scanning devices and obtain necessary signatures
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues on-the-spot when possible
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and support team regarding route progress and any challenges
* Manage time effectively to complete routes within the expected 7 to 8-hour timeframe

Qualifications
What We Need from You
* A valid Category B driving licence held for at least 1 year
* Clean driving record: No more than 3 penalty points
* Clear background: Able to pass a Basic Disclosure check
* Reliable & Punctual: Committed to providing excellent service
