What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Contractor Liaison Co-ordinator on a part time basis for a 1 year fixed term contract. In this role you will undertake effective coordination of repairs and maintenance works, administrative duties and financial and statistical functions in support of all repairs and maintenance contractors providing excellent planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes, compliance and grounds services to all of our customers.
1. Assist Planners and Supervisors in co-ordinating and monitoring the responsive repairs services delivered by contractors, effectively responding to queries.
2. Liaise with Contracts Manager (Responsive Repairs Contractors), Operational Supervisors, contractors, Planners, CRC and customers to provide information and support to them as required.
