We are looking for a driven Case Manager to join a Worldwide Financial Services Broker based in Wythenshawe, Manchester (M22)
OTE up to £45,000 per annum (Basic salary up to £32,000 + Bonus)
Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week, Flexible start & end times
Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH following a successful probation period

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of secured loan applications from initial enquiry through to completion. Youll liaise directly with customers to collect the required documentation, guiding them through each stage of the process.
As a Case Manager, you will ensure all applications are accurately packaged in line with lender criteria and internal compliance standards, providing regular communication with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. With access to warm, qualified leads and established lender partnerships, youll be supported every step of the way by a collaborative and expert team.
Ideally will have experience within the Financial Sector, ideally within secured loans and least 12 months experience, coupled with a passion for great customer service and sales focus mindset.
Case Manager: Key responsibilities
Review, evaluate and package secured loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy, resulting in the pay out of a case.
Verify customer information, including income, employment, credit history, and property details.
Prepare and process loan documents, including loan agreements, disclosures etc.
Conduct thorough due diligence of a customers application and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
Communicate with lenders, and other relevant parties to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the loan process.
Liaising directly with customers by explaining and completing the application process in accordance with the Aro Moneys Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with our exceptional team of administrators and advisors to support our customers' applications.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance to customers.
