Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Manager: North — Au Vodka
The Regional Sales Manager for the North oversees and supports Business Development Managers (BDMs) across the region, driving sales performance and volume growth. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of a BDM, they act as a role model for the team, providing leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance. By managing area performance and actively contributing within their own sales patch, they ensure consistent success and expansion for Au Vodka across the northern territories.
* Building lasting relationships with customers on patch.
* BDM coaching and management support
* Developing the commercial returns of your patch.
* Use market insights to inform decision making and actionable outcomes.
* Win new business across our product portfolio in line with the On Trade strategy.
* Protect and grow existing business.
* Curate and deliver best in class, disruptive, activations. In line with the Au Vodka brand strategy.
* Work closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible return on investment on sales investments.
* Analyse and review sales and activation performance.
* Deliver against set KPI’s.
* You are confident, passionate and fun with a desire to hit target.
* Calm and able to think clearly under pressure.
* A clear understanding of the UK On Trade market.
* Able to prioritise effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 2 years Account Management: FMCG
* Have strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
* Have good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry
* Possess the ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines
* Have impeccable organisational skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Creativity
* Have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence wider teams
