The role also includes overseeing procurement processes, securing statutory consents, and contributing to team development. Candidates are expected to be MRICS qualified with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, possess strong time and client management skills, and demonstrate a collaborative, proactive approach with an awareness of business and industry developments.
